I had a dream that I broke into Greg's home and got a hold of his 10 unreleased albums off his computer. The dream ended just as Greg began singing the words, "Everytime I look in the mirror..."
I'm curious to hear Kirk's work on it to see if he strays from Bob's original solos, matches them note for note, or matches them with a twist. I recently asked Kirk how he felt his guitar style differed from Bob's, and this is what he had to say. I guess my vibrato is kind of wilder. Bob is very me...
It's very quiet around here. Does this CPR thread need a cardio pulmonary resuscitation? According to Greg's most recent Facebook post, mixing begins mid-June. Wasn't this album supposed to drop back in March???

Hopefully soon! T'would have been nice to have rocked out to the newly recorded "It Is Finished" in t...
I remember seeing Greg X. Volz on tour right after the release of his 1991 album The Exodus. One standout moment that evening was of him hitting a high note whilst doing a high kick a la David Lee Roth.
Greg X. Volz recorded a song on his solo album Ready or Not... Here He Comes! called "I Thank the Lord;" however, I wouldn't recommend singing (or even listening to) this song. We try not to talk about this chapter of Greg's ministry.
