I'm sorry to resuscitate this thread, but I was just wondering something about Lichens brief tenure with Petra. How long was it? Did he tour with the band for No Doubt? Did he record any guitars in the album?

Count me in as someone who loves Wake-up Call. I started listening to Petra in the 90's, with Beyond Belief and WUC, so maybe that factors in. But to this day, many of its songs are still among my favorites: "Midnight Oil", "Praying Man", "Sleeping Giant", "Just Reach Out" are all top songs.

The idea of the first Never Say Dinosaur was to put fresh, new bands/musicians to reinvent and play classic Petra songs, so I would probably go with fresher faces than Whitecross or Guardian.
