When my wife called our Wal-Mart, they actually had someone go and look for it. They had Farewell at the service desk in the electronics dept waiting for us. So no, not all Wal-Marts are like yours.

Stopped by our local Best Buy on Wednesday.
What a surprise, they had 7 copies of FAREWELL, and 1 copy
of J&H!!! They were prominantly displayed on the top rack too!!!

Yeah, dangit, when I went to Wal-Mart to try to buy YOU a copy last weekend, they had nothin'! ;)

The "=" sign denotes equality or equivalency. So placing it between the word "Branch" and the word "robot" is a short way of saying that the poster calling himself "Branch" is indeed a program which is called a "bot" or robot. It's a computer posting nonsense so links get on search engines.

Having to write up a 200-word explanation of this kind of negated the value of using quick shorthand, didn't it? hehe

Girls. Don't know NUTHIN about computers and stuff.

Awwww, MJ, you went to look for a Farwell CD for me in WALMART?? Aw, that's so extra special. Specially since you braved Walmart during the holiday rush! What a guy!! That redeems you for the...um...remark about girls and not knowing anything about computers.

Ok, I may not know much, but after being on the phone with Verizon for 3 hours one day and 3 1/2 the next trying to hook up my cell as a modem and finding out that the problem is truly within windows in my laptop - I've learned a LOT about where to find the PPP protocols.

I hate them by the way!!!!

So, girls CAN learn stuff about puters. Sigh, MEN!!!!

By the way, thank you for the explanation - see - that's how people learn. :P
