Any good live recordings of Judas' Kiss?

Post by Mountain Man » Sat Mar 04, 2006 11:58 am

Since Judas' Kiss will not be available on the upcoming DVD, I was wondering if anybody had access to a good quality recording of this song performed by the current Petra line-up.

Thanks.

I have several (as in at least 5) all from farewell concerts. I can not post them unless John actually gave me permission as he gave me permission to tape all the concerts I went to.

It's NOT trodland.com - it's trodLAN.com

I only have ONE quality video and that is from 2004 (not the farewell-tour - those are low quality).
I am wondering if any at all have som Hi-quality-video from the farewell-concert at all. If so, please post. I have the space and server to share it...
It's so sad these videos don't get uploaded anywhere. I have ordered the DVD, but I am hoping someone can link to a good "Farewell Judas Kiss-song". HQ !
TIA!

Sure, that's nice Hi-quality

What about asking Petra to allow you to share "Judas Kiss" at least?
That would be nice... So sad if they allow filming of the concert, but not allowing the fans to look at it later on. ;-)

One does have to wonder the whole point in taping a concert in such a manner when distribution obviously is not allowed. Unless it is for personal use.

Anyways all the other "unofficial" stuff I just classify as bootleg, and there really is no clear precedent as of yet on bootlegs. The quality of most bootlegs usually aint that great (one angle, heads in the way, lots of movement, out of focus, distracting noises, distorted audio), you name it.

It's really not up to Petra, unfortunately. I have some experience videotaping Christian concerts, and the artists were always very accomodating and even enjoyed the experience, but the record labels always put their foot down and told us that we weren't allowed to do anything with it.

That said, I would love to get my hands on that 7 camera shoot!

John did let me video for my own personal use, but as someone already said usually the band says OK but the record label says no. I would love to be able to post the Judas Kiss clip.
