Glad to see that a date for Texas was the first one announced since the concerts there were cancelled. Shows that they probably made that a priority.

Longview is 90 min east of Dallas, I might be able to make it if its cost effective.

Where are you in Louisiana? I lived in Alexandria for one yr and had to comeback to the promise land they call Texas.

We're in Baton Rouge. Lived in Dallas (city of Lewisville) for almost 10 years in the 90s and enjoyed it. We moved back to Louisiana in 2000. Gotta say, we love being back home and close to family. I'm guess work brought you to Alexandra? Where are you in Texas?

I would love to see that! I like Michael Tait, he is a great singer, and I really enjoyed the "Born Again" album and it was great seeing them at WinterJam last year, but he just dosen't fit so well the 'boys, just like Peter Furler wouldn't fit so well with dcTalk. Newsboys lost their edge when Peter Furler and Phil Joel departed. The members of dcTalk and Newsboys are starting to 'get up there' its about time for both groups to reunite, go back out there and play like its 1994! lol

From 91-99 I lived just off of Fox Ave behind the high school in Lewisville, Tx and since that time I've lived in Mckinney about 20 minutes to the east. BTW you would not recognize the area(especially hwy 121) its completely built up. We lived in Alexandria in 2009 and really never liked it especially all the taxes.

Yeah, I remember that Texas doesn't have state income tax. I think the government gets it from you one way or another. Going from Dallas to Alec had to be a shock in a number of ways. In Lewisville, we were right across from the old Texas Instruments facilty on 3040 (Round Grove Road). Really liked that area. Miss Half Price Books. Also missed Jason's Deli for a while, but they finally opened two here in BR, so I'm good.

Here is one Petra fan hoping for a Houston area date. I think with a little publicity that some of the smaller venues would fill up for Petra.
