This is the band Dove, with Bob Hartman, playing in Franke Park Zoo in Ft. Wayne, IN.
According to DeGroff on facebook Dove consisted of Showalter, Dave Ferrell and Kent Creaters.
Apparently the band was initially named Dawn, but was renamed Dove.
Dove had a reunion concert in 2009 to raise funds for Davey Farrell's medical bills. Farrell passed away in 2011.

After Dove, Bob Hartman was in a band called Rapture, with John DeGroff on bass and Marty Falk on drums.

Here is Rapture, performing in the basement of First Brethren Church, in Bryan (OH?), on April 15, 1972.
