I think Stryper should cover the top five Petra rock tunes and "Petra" should cover the top five Stryper ballads.

If Stryper were covering Petra, I would be most interested in the following:

Judas' Kiss
This Means War!
He Came, He Saw, He Conquered
Kenaniah
Armed and Dangerous

All the songs rock, and I would love to hear Oz and Michael sink their teeth into the guitar solos.

As for Petra covering Stryper, the ballads would obviously be well served by Petra, but why limit it to ballads? I think it would be awesome to hear them do these 5 tunes:

Makes Me Wanna Sing
Reach Out
More Than A Man
In God We Trust
Passion
