How about another Schlitt project?!

As did many of you, I donated to the kickstarter for John's TGC project. I am ready to do it again if he would consider yet another similar project. TGC is his best solo project to date, and I'd love to see more! How about it, Sue - any chance he'd consider doing this?

John’s Kickstarter campaign was a lot of fun. I’d be down for several more!

John's not really looking to do another album any time soon... I wish he were!

It was a blast doing the Kickstarter, and Crew website - but a LOT of work.

Their upcoming LP is not quite a "sophomore album." It's more of a "Best Of..." off their debut album with a new "Unplugged Medley" thrown in the mix.

Sue,
Thanks for the response. I can only imagine how much work must have gone into TGC and John's other projects. Thank you for all you have done behind the scenes to make these recent works come to completion. TGC, The Grafting, and the Christmas Project are ALL excellent - the production quality is outstanding, and John's vocals and song selections are so encouraging!

If you think of it, please pass along to John how much I/we appreciate these three, AND...
let him know we are fully prepared to stand with him again if he would consider another project. He's got a unique gift and there's no such thing as "retirement" in ministry, after all! :)

My Best,
Andy

Just to get a feel, how many of you would be willing to consider supporting another kickstarter for John to work on another project? I know I would!

I've told him that there are many people out there who would help support another album.... and he truly appreciates that! But I didn't get the impression that he was ready to start another campaign.

The Union Of Sinners And Saints, they intend to record a new album or just what has already been done? They are amazing! After the end of Petra they are the best thing involving members of Petra that could have arisen.

There hasn't been any further talk about another album...

I’m still holding out for another Petra album LoL. The long rumored, unrecorded follow up to Jekyll & Hyde. I am excited footprint all that John is getting into, though. God is really using him.

So no new songs? That's disappointing.
