flute and guitar
I doubt there ever has been a written-down sheet music version of it for flute and guitar. In fact, I kind of doubt it has ever been played on flute... I suspect that the flute sound in the original was a mellotron or some other early synthesizer. It would require two flautists, and if you were trying to reproduce the original you'd have to have someone who could smack a tamborine every other beat for the whole song without nodding off, too. To be honest, it's a really super-simple song. Anyone who has played acoustic guitar for any length of time could probably pick it up in like thirty seconds. Depending on the background of the flute players you might have to write their part down for them, but we're only talking four measures.
There is a piano/voice arraangement, I believe, in the Petra songbook from like 1983 or whatever. I could maybe get you a copy of that, but really, get with a guitar player and see if they can pick it up without needing sheet music. Most guitar players can't read sheet music anyway... they just follow the chord letters.
