woke up with a migraine headache today got dr appointment

I had been feeling just a little under the weather since thursday, and today ( saturday) i woke up with a migraine headache.called in sick with work and got a dr appointment. Now back in june and july I had been anemic and the dr put me on iron pills, which i stopped taking after I started feeling better, well without testing my blood , the dr told me to start taking them again . they leave a bad taste in my mouth lol... I was taking "womens one a day' vitamens which has some iron in it, but the dr wanted me to take the pills with more mg in them of the iron. The iron pills are icky and black in color! dont like taking them ,
I think the headache is just from stress, as I have had a hard time sleeping lately lol... been waking up around 4 and 5 in the morning at times.
