Server speed

I suppose most of you noticed this thing has been dog slow for a few days?

They just upgraded the kernel, saying it should help performance. Seems much better so far but hopefully it will last.

Yes , I have noticed its faster. And I've noticed that I haven't had to enter my name and password in 5 times to finally get logged in too.

Any tips on the software setup would be cool. I had problems setting it up myself.

You might want to start by telling me what actually happened when you tried to install it.

If you got any specific errors, searching on the phpBB forum is also usually a pretty quick way to find people with similar problems.
