Are you surprised? O doesn't have any idea what is going on. Romney looked, acted, & talked like a President; Obama looked very lost like a freshman on his first day of high school.
This morning a local liberal radio program was throwing out sound bites from last night's debate and after listening to Romney's sound bites one host says to the other host "who does that sound like to you?" The first thing he said was it sounds just like Reagan did 30 some yrs ago; the other host says "our liberal agenda is in alot of trouble, because even me as a liberal was turned last night"

And O even asked to change the subject. Things just aren't going your way when you ask the moderator to change the subject in a debate.

I'm surprised that not more people in the media has noticed that; maybe they're just trying to sweep it under the rug.

When Obama doesn't have a teleprompter, we see how stupid, and uninformed he really is. He looked upset to even be there. He looked like he didn't care about anything.

Obama should never have been elected in the first place. Just my take.

Re: Obama needs speech therapy
Bush never had a reputation has a great orator. Since Obama really didn't have anything else to offer when he got elected, his reputation as a great orator played a significant role in his election. That along with the novelty of being the first black president. Beyond that, he was pretty much an empty shell where it came experience and qualifications and now we are seeing the results of that. I don't know if means he won't get re-elected, after all, the people were dumb enough to do it the first time and well, I can't say that most of those same people are much more intelligent than they were four years ago.I wouldn't worry about it, Bush JR got elected twice.

In that debate, Obama was exposed for what he is, and it appears that the emperor has no clothes.

You guys are so biased. I can't imagine how Obama ever got elected with you guys as loyal American citizens.
I keep being surprised at how vicious and polarized the whole political debate is in the US. Name calling, slandering, gloating in the opponent's misfortunes. I don't like the tone of this. I can understand you feel strongly about this, but you should always be civil.

If you think there was respect for Bush while he was in office you must have been asleep for eight years.

Re: Obama needs speech therapy
Getting your political outlook from Jon Stewart really explains alot of posts over the last few years.Matthew RJ wrote:Both sides do it to each other, and gloss over errors from their own party like they were nothing.
Jon Stewart last night had a segment called "Polish that Turd" and it was the dems saying Obama held back with a dignified reserve.
There was also a clip on Stewart a few weeks ago when Oliver was at both rallies, and both DEMS & Republicans said that mud slinging needs to stop, there should be more co-operation, etc, but then totally blamed the "other side" for causing all the problems. One guy was literally pointing a finger to say that finger pointing needs to stop.
If anything, Amercian politics is amusing. When Bush was in office, there had to be respect for him just because he held the highest office. Now that the other guy is in office, he might as well be the anti-Christ. Another funny thing, Christians here would rather a pagan in office than a Christian they disagree with politically. The sad thing is, who they elect will have an impact on the rest of the world, for better or worse.
