Well that stinks on ice. I really like the new Audio A. Now Dave is out, and Kevin Max is gone. I'm not a scholar of Christian music as much as I used to be. I can't think of anyone that could be the new front person for AA. I don't see why he couldn't be the frontman and still his solo thing on the side, but I'm not in his head.

I didn't even know KM was in AA. Ha. Shows how much I care. Those two just don't belong together anyway. If there is no market or demand for your band, quit. Don't keep dragging out the inevitable. Give people a chance to miss you.

It looks like they copied parts of this more extensive interview.
I think it's a good thing Kevin Max is going solo again. I wasn't interested at all in his Audio A stuff, but I've been following this solo career closely. I'm glad he's releasing a new album and I'm also very happy that the second part of the Fiefdom of Angels soundtrack will finally see the light of day. I thought his book was pretty okay for a debut novel. And I liked some of the concepts and ideas he used. He's also released part 1 of a graphic novel series, which to me suits the theme much better than a regular novel. Hopefully there'll be more of those. It feels like all the interesting things he was working on were put on hold indefinitely when he joined Audio A. I'm glad that's over.

One thing CCM needs more of is praise and worship music. There just isn't enough generic, simple lyrics to go around.
