Let's get this straight, Ms. Artist: There will be NO free tickets handed out (even though your concerts ARE free anyways) while I am manager!

When the word FREE is mentioned, it cheapens the integrity of your act. In other words, if something is FREE then it is not worth paying for. In other words, in order for your reputation as a FIRST CLASS ARTIST to remain intact, there will be NOTHING given out free (ooohhhh... that word just makes me sizzle with anger!).

FREE is equated with CHEAP. We do NOT want to appear CHEAP.

HENCE, NO FREE TICKETS. Period.

Cheap acts only do concerts for no cause. People that do concerts for a cause are called legends........and your a christian act, so therefor every concert is a good cause.......................lol

Let me jump in here. Since I have been working on a Web site which takes registrations for conventions which are decidedly NOT "free," I have a word which may be helpful here. The word is "COMPLIMENTARY." It's a good one... it makes it sound like you are saying nice things about people instead of giving something away. And "COMP TICKETS" sounds a LOT more kewl than "FREE TICKETS," don't you think?

Hey MJ!!! Thank you for the advice! COMP TICKETS! Allright. So, there Sue!!!!!!! I'm not cheap........I'm just being NICE!! I give out comp tickets to my lawyer, to my webmaster, to my friends, to my bookie - but I haveta seriously think now if I should give any to my manager now.
HMMMMMMMMMMM........maybe we should do a vote on that one!
