Enosh,

You specify it in your profile next to "Link to off-site Avatar." Your Avatar has to already be accessible from a Web server, and if you're using Geocities or maybe some other free services you won't be able to load just a graphic file from those sites. Sorry... just the way they're set up (it's so you can't host, for example, just a bunch of pictures and no Web page on their servers).
