I read something today that I felt I would like to share with someone. I'm new here so I don't know if this is OK or not. I'm sure someone will let me know.

Approach this with caution, Jerry; I'm sort of skeptical about stories like these. It says in the Bible we're appointed to die once.
I don't believe this person truly "died"--His heart and breathing stopped during a crisis, but the doctors were able to resusitate him.

Thanks Shell,
I agree he did not truly die but I thought it was an interesting story even if it was only in this man's mind.

It was an interesting story, but strange things can happen during a crisis.
I think it was a great article

about the dying and not dying thing well, that`s another story. I believe that God can give somebody a vision of Himself and of Heaven.
Jerry, sorry for taking so long for answering your ezbox message, I never chekc that one LOL. I answered you.

I agree God can do that if He choses to Elo; but I don't think you "die" and then come back. I would sort of wonder, too, about a vision someone had while a trauma team (a bunch of docs and nurses) was working on them trying to get their heart started.

Of course, the problem is that Lazarus died twice and Enoch and Elijah avoided it completely.
I think the death (Hebrews 9:26, right?) is spiritual death. We all
have died, and judgment came. It either fell on us, or on Jesus Christ.
That said, these stories aren't gospel truth.
