If only I was in the area! Love Don's music, actually I was just listening to one of his tapes yesterday. His stories in song are amazing.

Did his music ever make it to CD's? I saw him and Dallas Holm together in 1980-1981, very impressive show.LivingRock wrote:If only I was in the area! Love Don's music, actually I was just listening to one of his tapes yesterday. His stories in song are amazing.

Re: Don Francisco In Concert
Dallas Holm had some stuff that was good. My mom worked for a Christian bookstore for awhile and brought a lot of music home. She was all over Dallas Holm. Gary McSpadden was big too. My dad couldn't get enough. And you were really living if you had the big stereo blasting some Dino. The pianist, not the rock producer. And then some folks like Petra and Larry Norman, and some kid named Michael from West Virginia with his Big Picture album covered in demonic symbols, had to ruin it all. Put us on the express train to hell.

Re: Don Francisco In Concert
I've seen Don in concert, back in the 1990s up in Providence, RI. His wife was part of the Christian folk duo Wendy & Mary. They both have some amazing, anointed songs. I sang "He's Alive" for an Easter service years ago and the presence of God was so strong!
