This is odd...
Okay, so you know how pictures saved in your computer normally show up as little thumbnails in the folder? Mine did, until it stopped, and it now shows this...
Is there any way I can change it back? Because, now I sometimes have trouble finding the picture I'm looking for, because they all look the same!

Ok right click on one of the files, go to "open with" > "choose default program" make sure Windows Live Photo Gallery is selected hit apply. When you view by large icons they should be thumbnails.
Or... install Linux.

Use System Restore to a point in time where your computer worked normally. That should fix it.

Click on start
Right click on "Computer" and click on "properties"
On the left hand side of the "System" page click on "Advanced System Settings"
Click on the "Advanced" Tab
On the "Visual Effects" tab make sure the box that says "Show Thumbnails instead of Icons" is checked
and then click apply and ok.
