I love soccer. Played three years at Calvary Bible College.

Football, you mean... Soccer doesn't exist. There is football and rugby. Americans confuse the two and call their version of rugby football, so they had to invent a new word for proper football. Australians also messed and created a crossover between football and rugby and call it football. Weird...

I don't play, but I always follow the World Cup and European Cup.

Love to watch the US teams play. I follow them on facebook so I can catch the schedule for tournaments, friendlys, etc. I can enjoy other international games and tournaments as well. I don't watch the various leagues much. They seem like a a different style of play. More scoring, but not as much drama and strategy.

I hated it until I took the time to understand it. Now that I get the game, it's a lot more accessible to watch it.

Europeans and Latin Americans, mostly.

Oh ... you mean do any of US like it.

It's okay. The typically low scores are unappealing to many Americans. It is not uncommon to see a game end with a score of 1 - 0. A game like that can be very tedious to the American mindset. It feels like an awful lot of effort for not much accomplishment.

American Football, I think, will reign supreme here for sometime.

Love it. Played since I was very young, still do.

Typically in pro soccer there are about 2.5-3 goals a game on average. In noncompetitive or recreational soccer there are usually more goals
