I've always thought I heard hints of Genesis and AC/DC on the first two Petra albums. I never even thought of Jethro Tull. I'll have to take another listen. But I've never been too comfortable comparing Petra to other bands. They really do have a distinct sound, and although it's changed over time, ...

Family Christian in Fargo, ND had three on the shelf when I stopped in late yesterday. I paid 9.97 for my copy.

Two other chain stores in town, Wal-Mart and the Rainbow Shop, didn't have the DVD.

I'm in complete agreement that the Inpop bashing is unfair. But I think it's fair and reasonable to express an opinion about the quality of the DVD itself. I gave away three copies of the Farewell CD because I think it's phenomenal. But I don't care for the camera work on the DVD. I find it annoying...

I found the video really aggravating. I like to watch musicians play, but the shaky camera and the constant zoom in, zoom out, zoom in, zoom out is irritating. The camera seldom focuses on anything for more than a split second, and that detracts from my enjoyment of the video. It was like artificial...

Inpop, thank you for your efforts on Petra's behalf. You've helped Petra give a lot of people a lot of pleasure for the last few years, and that's something to be happy about.
