Greg is not part of Petra. He has his version CPR (which has changed names a couple of times).

Their first two records are the property of labels, and one of those may no longer be in business. So, the band won't be able to do anything about Spotify. Spotify only pays .003 cents per play. The band might not see any of the money anyway. So, buy a copy of the albums.

Since it's not going to sell what they used to sell, and Christian radio probably isn't going to play it, they should do what they want and RAWWWWWWWWK! Make music they like and don't worry about anyone else.
