It's hard to say that faking is the common way to make concert DVDs. A lot of times if it is a "live " concert then they are actually playing, but they might go back later and re dub certain parts. What happened at TBN sounds more like a music video than a concert dvd to me. There are plenty of time...

Just a little suggestion but for those who went to the TBN taping and posted a review- next time could you put them all in one thread instead of making a new one? Same goes for pics. they are great, but with a dozen similar titled threads it is difficult to keep track of.

That is really the same stage and not a repro? How'd they track that one down? I really liked the set up for Unseen Power, I wonder if they still have that one? Pretty cool having the same setup as CITAS. Where are the red berets?

It might, after all we downloaded MP3 files, different than a cd.

Were they selling cds or cdrs?

How would budget or TBN hold Greg back from actually singing these songs for real? They obviously wanted the DVD to be perfect so they did a very un-petra like thing and phoned it in. I can see them. Greg is blurry but most everyone else looks fine- I guess he was moving around the most. Looks pretty sharp. I'm glad they didn't use those TBN ornamental chairs

60%-75% of what happened on stage was lip-synced/tracked.

hmmm... probably due to budget or TBN, or both.

Can you ask them if there are any extra songs recorded for the album, what they are, and if they will see the light of day?

Considering TBN's track record it will air at random times until TBN is off the air. There is no rhyme or reason to the scheduling so the Petra concert could air between the fake Harlem Globetrotters special and The Omega Code.
