I totally agree with this statement...but.......it would be nice to receive some lifetime achievement recognition from the GMA also.

Hmm.. Bob said several times that he'd rather make a Easter album instead of a christmas album. Also, I don't really think Bob is into novelty stuff.

I'm not sure about shophar..never heard of them..but I know song wondered if HALO was going to carry Petra's torch in the early 1990's. Thye were founded by Bob and he hooked them up with the Elefantes. They had a great song in "My Buddy".

It's no wonder live albums don't sell...without new stuff. Not many pople will buy old stuff when they already have it. An example of why a new song or 2 are added to a collection. I believe that is why God has laid it on bob's heart to get out of ccm...the idea of being used. People are being used ...

I love petra...but this album to me is gonna be the worst..because you already know everything on the album..no surprises...everything you have heard...you need surprises with albums...without anything new the alnbum will be weaker with sales. That is what made CITAS a sought after album...there is ...

That inpop doesn't pay much attention to detail what a person who loves petra would like. On revival...it was no "noticeable" guitar work or writing from Bob. Like always...there seems to be half the story...petra recorded "God Gave Rock and Roll To You" before kiss. Also, If they listen to the WHOLE song, not just the clip they presented, the words aren't same from the originial or the version KISS did. People are funny

So what you guys are saying is that God Will tempt you? Those people are looking to get drunk so jesus comes and makes more wine to add to their wants to get drunK, If you read it in the context as you claim it is in. This just seems way out of character of a God that is called "friend of sinners"

I guess for me it is amazing that this squabble about lights led to this...I understand if it was sound....but lights? Come on....Petra on there farewell tour, complaining about how many lights they have....I go to a concert for a great live sound.....lights are very backgfround for me...And I could...
