Our server went down a week ago, and we've been spending the past week backing everything up and putting it onto a different server... and ensuring that no one can hack us again!

The Inpop server, which hosts many of our artists websites in addition to Inpop.com, crashed on Friday afternoon and the problem was apparently pretty complex. I'm sorry, I don't mean to be defensive. It's just hard not to take some of the criticisms personally.

We sent out press releases/press kits and advance DVDs to our entire media list. We ARE actively promoting it via publicity and other marketing; however, as I mentioned above, there aren't many requests for interviews, etc. coming in as most of the publications who would cover Petra already did so w...

There isn't much press interest in the DVD besides reviews. Most of the features and interviews were conducted in conjunction with the Farewell album release. We will work with the band and do what we can to honor any press requests that come in.

Stop blaming Inpop. It wasn't just the label execs that signed off on this DVD or made stipulations about what could or could not be used for this project. Actually, Soundscan does include table sales - ie. albums the band sold at the merch table.

Some stores, especially online retailers, do not report sales to Soundscan. So yes, more have been sold, but unfortunately, Soundscan is the number that the industry goes by and pays attention to.
