Re: Here is a question. What is your response?
And Matthew 3 cites Hosea 11 as a prophecy predicting the flight of Jesus to Egypt – except the original context of Hosea is clearly talking about Israel's exodus, not Jesus. I won't deal with all your points, because I'm not that motivated. You believe that Hosea is referring to the exodus. Not al...

Re: Here is a question. What is your response?
Those who are careful will state that the Bible is infallible in the original autographs. As written, when written. Of course we do not have any of the original autographs, but we do have a massive amount of ancient manuscripts, more in fact than for any other ancient piece of literature. This is a...

Re: David and The Giants
I once had to choose between going to see David And The Giants or going to see Stryper. I chose to go see DaTG, and I am sure I made the right call. Some of us actually got to hang around after the concert and talk to the band. They didn't have alot of mone for "Roadies", so after the show, they pac...

Re: Occupy A Single Dad's Home
So your suggestion is for Ahadzi to brutally slaughter people, and add the previously untapped martyr fuel to the OWS fire. I'm not familiar with the nuances of the murder laws in my country, but he may not have that right. Brutally? Nah. With proper marksmanship, they will feel very little pain. B...

Occupy A Single Dad's Home
This article has me absolutely sick.

Why, preytell, does the homeowner NOT have the right to by a shotgun and simply open up fire on these people? Its certainly what I would do!!!

Re: White Cross
The lack of band photos on the front of their albums certainly reflects that... Not to pile on, but I find their ballads flat and uninspired. It's like Rex was forced into doing something he didn't want to do...or didn't excel at. Musically and lyrically, just...SKIP>> But I loved it when they got ...

Re: For those of you who like Fox News...
Such reports are ridiculous on their face. There is no way to determine who is "more informed about current events". The results of the poll will be entirely dependent on the prejudices and biases of the person who designs the poll. The biases of that person will determine what a "correct" answer is...

Ah yes, Boy Meets World. With the voice of K.I.T.T teaching school.
Of COURSE Corey trusted him. He was K.I.T.T., for goodness sakes. Who wouldn't trust a talking Pontiac TransAm?

I used to think, "Woudln't it be great if Rex Caroll and Louie Weaver started their own band?"
Lead singer? Keyboard? Shucks, I figured if you had Rex and Louie, those other positions would kind of sort themselves out.

Re: Ron Paul
While I will certainly vote for Romney over Obama, my real hope is still for Herman Cain. I have long thought that our next President needs to be someone who had never held political office. I don't want someone corrupted by the Washington culture. I want someone who won't be afraid to fire people w...

Re: Border Fence
I used to be a big fan of the border fence/wall idea. The problem is that a wall, by itself, won't actually STOP anyone. It can only slow people down for a few minutes Something as simple as a ladder can defeat the mightiest wall unless that wall is defended by armed personnel. The great walled citi...

Re: Hank Williams JR compares Obama to Hitler
I stopped coming around here because of all the childish bickering and arguing. I mean, really. Christians have no business behaving this way. The fact that you started perhaps the most vile post in the history of this message board with this statement is truly, astoundingly ironic. Edit: OK, that'...

Re: Steve Jobs RIP
Yeah bummer that he didn't know Christ. His company and himself personally would openly steal thoughts and ideas from others to design and build his products. Your kidding right? you mean Bill Gates? They both did it. Frequently. I don't know if you're old enough to remember the original MacIntosh ...
