Re: Bob Hartman

This is something I have given some thought to. Do we know if there are any past members who have passed away? None come to my mind, thankfully.

So,once again, over the course of a couple of years, and a couple of topics, (Louie drumming for example)...we have Mr."first-hand knowledge" being contradicted by an actual memeber of Petra.

Re: Greg on Coloring Song

Pretty sure "Killing My Old Man" was recorded for an earlier album, but StarSong was afraid the lyrics would be misunderstood as promoting rebellion against parents. Apparently they changed their mind for the release of Never Say Die . That was my understanding as well. Not sure if it was actually ...

Most definitely yes, but I was speaking more of the traditional greek tragedy. As you said however, that is part of what Campbell is pulling from in his analysis.

I'm not a huge movie person, but I love 80s movies! My favorite movie is Karate Kid  Your's? 1984 or 2010? Do you watch Cobra Kai? Loved Karate Kid. Especially I and II. Didn't care as much for III. I think Cobra Kai, is really well done. I got the free trial of youtube Red to binge the fi...

Re: Back to The Street recording dates

Maybe CPR could take a crack at it! I very much doubt they are going to do it, but it would be interesting. I guess, however, that I am finding myself among a minority in this case and that there would be much more interest in them doing other stuff. However it would somehow strengthen the message,...

Re: Petra March 21, 2020 concert

Imagine you are a healthcare worker in an intensive care ward giving supportive care for patients suffering pneumonia as a result of covid-19 infection. You have 100 patients in your facility that need respirators to survive. You have only 50. This is what has happened in Italy as the numbers of pa...

I meant on the original recording on NSD. It doesn't sound like Greg to me, but obviously who else could it be?
It sounds like 1980 Greg! Try the Cry 3, he really does sound different (younger) there.

Re: Re:

Disciple is a good song. Mark Kelly has a good voice. Agree totally! Truly missed Mark's playing and excellent singing when he left. His backing vocals too were superb. Mark was and is an amazing BGV! I would have like for him to have had a bit bigger part in the vocals on the BTTR project. Also it...
