It makes it visually distinct when I'm scrolling through an album list on my digital music player.

To me, early Petra sounds like Journey, and later Petra sounds like Def Leppard. Petra still has their own sound, of course, but the similarities are certainly there. In fact, Louie's drumming style and technique reminds me a lot of Journey's Steve Smith. It's like they had the same drum instructor....

The two formerly 'missing' tracks on the 'Washes Whiter Than' remaster appear to have been sourced from vinyl. Listen carefully and you can hear the odd giveaway.
