Re: BTTR Must Be Selling Well

That could go both ways p-freak. The fact that we are even debating this shows there are different opinions about this. It seems when you don't agree with someone you always grab that little statement as if somehow others who disagree with you about something are overlooking your point of view. But...

Re: BTTR Must Be Selling Well

It's not a personal conviction. I just know what the meaning of stealing is. Plus, I'm an artist, I've recorded several albums, been signed to a recording contract, had singles on the radio and have toured. Brent is a recording/performing artist too and I'm telling you from an artists point of view...

Re: BTTR Must Be Selling Well

No matter how you look at it, it's stealing! It's funny how people suddenly bring up the "Grey area" clause when it comes to something they just don't want to stop doing. If you want to keep doing what you are doing, that's fine, I don't have respect for it, but it's your life. Just don't hide behi...

Re: BTTR Must Be Selling Well

The US goverment didn't make this law on their own. The Artists, The Record companies and those in the buisness have requested that. It's the will of the artists, not just the US, but those artists that are in other countries as well. Just because your country says it's ok, dosn't mean it is. I liv...

Re: BTTR Must Be Selling Well

When someone records, produces and distributes music, it is theirs 100% to do so. Unless you are owner or part owner of that project it isn't your right to freely distribute it, you only have a copy you don't own any rights to anything. Taking something that dosn't belong to you is stealing accordi...

Re: BTTR CD now available at ClassicPetra

Are there any issues with security on the site like there were when the digital tracks were released?

Re: Good News and Bad News

Okay, I think I read the post in question, and here are my thoughts: First of all, if someone is going to be banned, it should happen privately. Announcing in the middle of a thread that you have banned or are planning on banning someone is a poor way to handle things. Secondly, as I said before, a ...

Re: BTTR Must Be Selling Well

SU it's an audio format. It's the same as walking into a store and grabbing a CD off the shelf and walking out with it saying "Oh I own the Cassette or the LP so it's ok" you would be locked up for it. mp3 or any other audio format is no different. I disagree. And even if you hold to that, you're n...

Actually, that was the album that got them the most radio exposure and got them airplay on mainstream stations.

Re: BTTR & radio

Yeah, many people are not aware. Just a few days before the digital release of the album I sent an e-mail to JFH and told them about Back To The Rock and sent them the press releases. I hope they will send someone to the show tomorrow and that they'll write a nice review. I think JFH (jesusfreakhid...

THOU SHALT NOT COMMIT ADULTERY!!!! But God, who are YOU to tell me what to do. I live in the Netherlands. It's legal here! Ah yes, that's true. I forgot that copyright laws, made up by silly humans who need to protect each other from ripping each other off, were actually instituted by God and are p...

Re: Good News and Bad News

Uh...what? Why would you offer to ban people? There are only two reasons you ban people: 1) They are misbehaving in such a way that they are causing extreme disruption and other attempts to fix the situation have failed and 2) someone asks to have their account shut down. I've been away on vacation ...

Re: BTTR Must Be Selling Well

Guess you guys are having fun with your circle jerk of hating on people who download music. Whatever. I have no issues with it, and no amount of bashing is going to make me stop doing it.
