technical difficulty
Sorry about that... hopefully it's fixed by now. Apparently my Web host has been in a frenzy of updating things without notifying the hosting customers, and so far they've broken two things on my site, and completely hosed SamScales.com for several days. Fortunately, Sam's site is now back up (after we complained to them), and the emails SHOULD be going out now, although I haven't checked yet.

Chaplain's aides gotta run to find the m. oil in Kommoraddan
Cool, that's great and good.
And if my submissions never appear on your website, who cares? I see this as not a big deal.

man, I came up with a few more but didn't write'em down. . .
I guess I'm pressing too hard about this, but the e-mails still have not appeared yet into my UNI e-mail account. Should I re-submit my lyrics?

I think you should first stand on your head and eat a bowl of jello. Then it would work properly..
(That's what the voices in Enosh's head told me anyway)

I just sent an album review of More Power to Ya this afternoon so I hope it was saved on Michael's computer because having to write it again would be a royal pain.

Uh, Michael, did you receive my More Power to Ya review?

(a couple days later) Well, I managed to rewrite my MPTY album review (with some changes made) and submitted that. So I hope Michael's computer is working again.

These are my newest misheard lyrics if anyone wants to see and laugh:
"The men of Kommoraddan" for "The men will come riding" (All the King's Horses)
"Gotta run, gotta run" for "Gotta work, gotta work" (Who's On the Lord's Side)
"Found the midnight oil" for "Burn the midnight oil."
"About a chaplain's aide" for "Blood shed for me" (Underneath the Blood)
""Bout a grace so amazing it can make a man fray" for ". . . make a man free" (Underneath the Blood)
"Among the most dependable" for "I'm not the most dependable" (I Am Available)
"They powered up His spirit cord" for "The power of His Spirit poured" (More Power to Ya)

emails
I think there's something wrong with the email process on the Web host. I'm not getting the emails I receive daily from them either. Don't worry; once it's fixed, you'll get all the emails to put everything up on the site!

those things - esas cosas
Sweet - I got those things finally! However, there were like about 20 of those things and I only had about 9 or 10 misheard lyrics, so I guess there are repeats on there you can get rid of. (As I tried to submit them several times)

The solution
Here's the whole story, since it's kind of been dragged out in the open here...
My Web host did some upgrades to their servers, without notifying anyone of what they were doing or giving us a chance to test or fix. Some of the upgrades broke Sam & Warren's site sompletely (same company, different physical server), and something in the upgrades broke the mail scripts on my site. There are several different options available in the code I use to send mail, and the one I had selected no longer worked, so no mail out. ARGH!
Anyway, after about a week or so of back and forth with the Web host, who couldn't figure out why there would be a problem at all (!), I finally figured it out myself and tweaked the scripts to work. (For any codeheads who may be reading... I was trying to send email directly via Sendmail instead of using php's mail() function... worked before, broke on upgrade.) So now they were sending out the reminder emails every night, but not for the Misheard Lyrics. Why? Because I apparently never WROTE a script to send reminder emails for Misheard Lyrics! ARGH! So I created that script and put it in place, and now the sun is shining and the birds are singing, and all is right with the world. At least, the little tiny piece of the world with A Guide to Petra on it.
