Many of the festivals choose the artists according to these surveys (who's popular)...so lets tell everyone to fill them out, forward them to everyone they know and post them on their Facebook and Twitter accounts!!!

I don't see why this could not happen either, but it's not gonna man.

The last festival I asked about getting Petra they said there is no market for them in any form classic/farewell in the USA, I was so mad.... Heaven fest are fans of Petra, so there is a good chance Classic could get in the door with this one.

It may be a pipe dream but it would be quite remarkable if it did happen. I can not think of another band where there were two lineups doing live shows, each with the same original and founding member. I seem to remember that Sweet had two versions, each with an original member, touring and doing small shows. It seems they really hated each other but ehy were both calling themselves Sweet. Then there is Asia, eventually all the members left the band leaving all replacements. Well a decade goes by and a couple of the original members wanted the name back so they could be Asia again.

Petra is a little different- you have two lineups, both legitimate in the fact that Bob is part of them doing shows or recording at the same time. That's pretty darn neat and it might be the only time this has happenned.

Nah....if all of Petra should reunite, it should be a big show with E-VER-Y Body, and it should take place in front of 6 RED cameras, tracked in Nuendo, and mixed by JDB.

Sounds like my dream Petra album: A triple CD featuring all members from the different eras performing original Bob Hartman compositions in the style of their respective eras.

It could happen. Heck, hellhas frozen over more times than once with this band. Daniel and I know some instigators who might as well be credited with fueling the fires of curiousity and demand. Maybe that group could be hired by the fans to make this happen....be "handlers" if you will. :>

Tell them that I am sorry it has been so long since our last conversation. We have been busy. I guess I am getting old, because it's taking me longer to do less and feel more tired from it. Oh well. Plus, I hurt my ankle jumping from scaffolding at a club, so...I was hobblin' for a bit.
