Well, that and "on fire" isn't exactly the most unusual phrase in the English language.
It's also been the name of albums and songs released by Eminem, Switchfoot and Lil Wayne. The chances are good Peter, himself a big Petra fan, knew it was the name of a Petra album but also knew his audience wouldn't know or care and wanted to use the phrase because it fit with whatever he was going for.

Newsboys also opened up for Petra on the On Fire! Tour and Peter and his mates used the big sword stage.
