I don't think it's up yet. His project has been accepted but I don't believe he has the appreciation gifts established yet. He does talk about it on his facebook page.

Yeah, sorry for the slow reply here. I got an email from JE notifying fans that he was looking to launch a kickstarter, and it's on his fb page. Sounds like it's very difficult to record anymore...unless you are publishing hardcore rap, in which case there seems to be plenty of cash available.

Nobody is making any money from recording, being recorded, producing records, etc. People are doing it for free. Free does not pay the bills, secure gear, facilities, get distribution, advertising, rent the bus, fuel the bus, book shows, etc.

I'm down in Nashville... had a chance to listen to the rough mixes of some of John's new songs. All I can say is WOW..... this IS the rocker we all have been waiting for!

When John says the songs are amazing - they really are!

I was fortunate enough to get to hear some of the songs too while in the studio with John for my reward. We got to hear him build a song called "Faith and Freedom" from the ground up (vocally). It was verrry cool! Sue is right - this IS a rocker and will NOT disappoint! John sounded absolutely fantastic - and Dan is a great producer and a rockin drummer. The drums sounded punchy, tight, and fat! I'm extremely excited for this release. I know it sounds like a big statement to make, but just from what I heard in the studio this might be my favorite John solo album! - I'm not kidding.. and I told John that too!

I'm really hoping the vibe of the album is somewhere in the neighborhood of JAH; JAH is fast becoming my favorite Petra/John album of all time.

Sue, the website John has going for TGC crew members is an absolute blessing for us fans. I get excited every time there's an update and it's such a joy to see John doing what he does and the process of making an album. Kudos to you and all involved in the administration of this project. Tell John he's bringing smiles to our faces with just the website portion of the project. And when the album comes out...wow! We're such lucky fans!
