tried ebay for years never have found a copy unfortunately.

Classic Petra was a short-lived and only moderately successful project, and I don't think there were many copies of either the CDs or DVD made, so they're likely pretty rare. You can actually find the entire show on YouTube, so I suppose you could always download it with your favorite YouTube downloader and burn your own DVD. The quality won't be great since it was apparently uploaded at 360p, but it's not like you have many other options.
