1) Destiny
2) All Fired Up
3) He came, he saw, He conquered
4) This Means War (Not in a medley)
5) I love the Lord!
6) Armed and dangerous / I'm on the Rock
7) Hit you where you live
8) Somebody's gonna praise His Name
9) God Fixation
10) Send Revival!
11) Prayer
12) Lovely Lord
13) God Pleaser / Visions

(Ony one song of Greg's era, Mhhhh...)

We had a thread like this going a couple of months ago. I had come up with the following list, but this was obviously before I knew that Greg would be involved. Every album is represented though.

Test Of Time
The Noise We Make
A Matter Of Time
Creed
Praying Man
Praise Medley - Let Everything That Hath Breath/Somebody's Gonna Praise His Name/You Are I Am/Adoni/Praise Ye The Lord
War Medley - Sight Unseen/It Is Finished/This Means War
Beyond Belief
It's All About Who You Know
Mellow Medley - Why Should The Father Bother/For Annie/Grave Robber/Road To Zion/No Doubt
I Waited For The Lord On High
King Of Kings
Lord I Lift Your Name On High
Dance
Right Place
We Need Jesus
Parting Thought

Encore
Jekyll & Hyde
He Came, He Saw, He Conquered
Ask Him In {altar call}
How Long

OK, I'm gonna be bad and say it.

Do you think John can remember the words to all of those songs?

On a more serious note though, I'm pretty much fine with anything they play, but at the CD taping, I sure would like to hear "Just Reach Out" and/or "Love" because without keyboards, the chance of hearing either one of those again is slim. :(

I just want a 40 song set with extended solos. Is that too much to ask?

Do all the songs, start to finish, then no favorite songs are left out. We could even allow them to have music stands with words and music for when they forget, I wouldn't mind.

How. . . how many songs "do you listen to?"

Post by seichu kaisho » Sat Sep 24, 2005 7:20 pm

Yo, if they did ALL the songs Petra ever recorded, the band would be totally wiped out and unable to go on by the time they got to. . . . .Never Say Die probably. And so would the audience. For Petra to do 100+ songs in one concert is just too far-fetched. :o

I'd like them to play Onward Christian Soldiers!! :D [/i]

They would have to do 211 album released songs, plus other singles to get them all in...!?

* "Dance" (from UNSEEN POWER)

* "St. Augustine's Pears" (from GOD FIXATION...c'mon, you KNEW this one had to be included!)
* "This Means War!" (from THIS MEANS WAR!)
* Volz-era medley..."Judas' Kiss"/"Rose Colored Stained Glass Windows"/"More Power To Ya"/"The Coloring Song" (from NEVER SAY DIE and MORE POWER TO YA)
* "I Love the Lord" (from PETRA PRAISE...THE ROCK CRIES OUT)
