If you would like for everybody to know how to find you, you can put in when you'll be arriving, what hotel you're staying in, and any other comments you'd like to add about your plan. There is a place to put your Petra Zone ID and your actual name so people will know who to look for. You will have to put something in before you can "view" other people's plans because you have to establish a password. The password can be your Petra Zone password if you like; it is encrypted in the database so nobody, not even me, will know it, but feel free to use something else if you like. The view page should be printable, but I'll make another Print version of it before the weekend so folks can print the whole thing if they want.
Use it, or not. It's just for everybody's convenience. Once the show is over I'll clear out the data and it'll all be gone. Do remember that this stuff IS being displayed on the Internet, so post cell phone numbers, home addresses, etc. with caution (actually, DON'T post those things). It's probably spammer-proof, so if you really want to post an email address you can, but your Petra Zone ID is clickable so people could contact you through the Zone anyway.
At the moment I haven't made it so you can edit your stuff after you put it in; if you need to make changes email me. Or, just get it right the first time.
Now there are drop-downs for the day and time. Let me know what you want on your three records and I'll fix 'em for ya!
