Sooooo, How Was It?
Sooooo, How Was It?
Come on guys. Aren't you back to your hotels yet? I'm dying to rejoice with you. I'm not jealous. I just want to hear all about it!
I have to remember, Nashville is Central Standard Time isn't it?

I had the privilege of getting to listen for a little while thanks to Sue, Bridget and the use of Bridget's cell phone...Thank you ladies.
It was fuzzy, but it sounded like they were rocking. Not quite the same as being there, but almost.
They're supposed to call me later tonight from the hotel if they get a chance, I wonder what time it will be in Nashville then?

I'm not back to my hotel... I'm back home...
Nashville is CST...
Pretty good show... definitely better than a sharp stick in the eye.
Greg X. Volz singing 'Grave Robber' and songs in the acoustic mix was a nice touch, but John Lawry returning to keys for a couple of tunes as well as some solo showcasing made the whole night worthwhile.
I had seen the set list beforehand, so I kind of knew what to expect when excerpts of 'Think Twice' and 'Mine Field' were dug up and added to the rock medley.
And as I had accurately noted before, the venue was far from a packed house... regardless of whatever 'overwhelming response' had initiated the whole ticket lottery deal, there were plenty of unclaimed tickets and plenty of room for anybody who wanted to come out to the show... as I had said in an earlier post, par for the course here in Nashville. It was a decent gathering, but not a capacity crowd.
Hope to do it again sometime... oops...
