Okay, so I just recently started up a Myspace page and I thought I'd add some of my favorite bands and Petra happens to be one of them. I went to the (iiguys) page and sent them a "Friend Request" and the first time I was denied! So I sent them another request and now a second time I have been denied! That's twice I have been denied a "Friend Request" from John and Bob (iiguys)

I am so confused and bummed out because I really wanted them on my friends list. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be that the reason I am being denied is because I have a "Private Page?" This really stinks!

Private page - yes, that's the reason..... it wasn't a slam against you, personally. We like to be able to check out the pages before adding them as a friend. Believe it or not, there are LOTS of 'not so nice' friend requests that come thru for both John and II Guys - and if we can't check them out first - you just don't want to give carte blanche to these without seeing what it is. We have to keep this sites to a very high standard of integrity.
But go ahead and put another request thru... and let us know what the name of your site is. We'll approve it this time, now that we know who you are.
Sorry about that! Didn't mean to diss YOU!

I can second that, ugh.

Myspace can get pretty weird.
You just never know, anyone can put anything on the Internet, and there's been so much trouble with hackers lately too.
