Where did you hear anything somewhat official about an Easter Album? I know I've said something but it was more wishful thinking than anything; I do know all parties(Petra/Capitol) are very interested in doing an album but I'm not sure about the content or anything.
dude, it was a joke.
a rocking Easter album is probably never going to happen, according to Bob.

I know it was Canada; just making a point about why the border has yet to be sealed here in Texas.
Argentinians need a visa to travel to Canada. He didn't have one and you need to apply at least 30 days in advance. Pretty standard stuff and it was just an oversight.

I thought that Allen Penner did quite well filling in as drummer. The band members had set up a series of cues to make sure all the tempo changes and fills occurred correctly. There is video of the encore song He Came He Saw... (which Allen Penner had never heard before, let alone practiced) on YouTube, but it was taken from the front row centre with a cell phone, and the cymbals are prominent in the recording. The mix was much better where I was, on Bob's side in the 3rd row. Almost a packed church, maybe 500 people singing very well with the band on Lord I Lift Your Name On High.

Here is the setlist, as best as I can remember:

Dance
Jekyll and Hyde
Beyond Belief
Right Place
Ancient of Days
Just Reach Out
Amazing Grace
I Waited for the Lord on High
Why Should the Father Bother?
No Doubt
Acoustic Medley: Not of this World/Road to Zion/Rose Colored Stained Glass Windows/More Power To Ya
Creed
Judas' Kiss
He Came He Saw He Conquered (Encore)

Penner, eh? The name Penner is like the name Smith in the USA. But, I wonder if he is related to my bass player and road manager friend, John Penner. Penner's family owns Penner Trucking up there. Maybe I will make a call and find out.

Yeah, I know about 100 Penners and am related to some, but I'm not familiar with this family, I don't think. Fred Penner is a world-renowned children's musician from this area, maybe he's a nephew of his.
