non-petra petra site

i was doing a search of the web and one of my favorite games is to find bizarre sites by typing in random URLs. ive uncovered a lot of wierd stuff on the net and yesterday i again found something strange: by typing in PETRA backwards you get ARTEP. go to artep.com and figure out what that's all about.
so far ive found only two other sites that have a backward URL and they are otnemem.com (the official site for MEMENTO, one of the BEST films ever made) and drawkcab.com (BACKWARD) which is a personal site that doesnt seem to have been updated in quite a while.
