Does anybody here ever listen to Giant? They're fronted by Dann Huff, and are AWESOME!! Anyways, I've been listening to them a lot lately, as well as Jekyll & Hyde (or is it Jekyll and Hyde...the battle never ends!). Apart from that, it's my usual mix of Stryper and Guardian with a little Newsboys thrown in. Stuff like that. Oh, and I can't forget the Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack. :D

wow, this topic did jump off to a great start.

I've been doing a mix of the hard songs from the lighter years, 95-01
but without Double Take

So I've been going through No Doubt, PP2, God Fixation and Revival.
I've found that there are enough rock tunes to make a 12 track CD. So I thought I would just share with you my little thing of the week.....lol

here is my song line up

1. The Noise We Make
2. Be Of Good Cheer
3. Right Place
4. A Matter of Time
5. I Waited For The Lord
6. Heart Of A Hero
7. Jesus Friend of Sinners
8. Hello Again
9. Lord I Lift Your Name On High
10. Think Twice
11. God Fixation
12. Send Revival, Start With Me

Revision: I bought the !Hero cd set on Friday and I'm listening to it now - Goosebump City! I'm listening to the title track (Hero - last song on disc 1) and I absolutely love it! This production has the potential to be huge.

Make sure you pay attention to the notations in the lyrics of what is going on in the story for each part... some of it doesn't make much sense unless you know the context. Kind of like this Zone. hehe

Yep, it's the same Dann Huff. I have "Last of the Runaways" and "Time to Burn". My boyfriend discovered that they also put out a live album recently, and one other one, but I can't remember what it it. Apparently, they're still around. They are such an awesome band! :D

Giant

Post by lucianotaz » Wed Oct 29, 2003 10:04 am

Its good to remember that Dann Huff has produced the John Schlitts albums.

Susannah, They has released in 2001 the album Giant III, that is very cool. The second song its the same sequence of John Schlitts song "Let Jesus Carry the Burden" with other lyrics.

And they have released the "Live and Acoustic" album. That has 9 live songs and 6 acoustic songs.
