dorla schlitt writes kiddie books?

my girlfriend bought this book for her son, a fun kiddie learning thing, and it was written by dorla schlitt. i think the title is "celebrate". cool! i was explaining to my girlfriend that dorla is john schliit's wife (she's not into petra but im working on it!)

Dorla's books have crafts in them, and she writes little stories/lessons to go along with them. They're really impressive.

I've looked through them. They would be great for any church for sunday school or for VBS. Worth checking out! Let your churches know about her books.

In fourth grade I wrote a kids book called "Counting with Coach Bear." It had a four line poem on each page, and a drawing of some bear with a clipboard and whistle.
