About My Petra�s Bootleg....

Hey guys....
well i have received innumerable e-mails from some people that want a copy of my Bootleg....
well I do not have time to make all copies, because I have to work on production with my band here in Brazil and others.....(!!!!)
so I had an idea......I would like to send an copy to John Schlitt�s webmaster , to put in J.S website as audio download. So what you think about this????
give some sugestions or J.S webmaster e-mail

it wouldn`t be ilegal as long JS.COM wouldn`t get rich by selling the downloading hehehehe.
I mean, if the stuff you have is something a normal pethead can`t get, i don`t think it would be wrong to put it on the web so people can see it.
what do you have???

Actually, the bootleg decision has been overturned this month. It is legal to distribute bootlegs....for now.
Morally, it is best to get permission to distribute the bands performances and intellectual property (songs). Normally they would be paid for mechanicals (being played over the air waves by radio stations). Perhaps you could send the band .50 per download, which is more than what they would likely receive from ASCAP or BMI.
John has said, and I believe Bob as well, that anything promotes the chatter and interest is ok with them. They do not frown on bootlegs with permission and FREE sharing.
