Does anybody know John's email? Is it still [email protected]?

Just a suggestion... Don't post the band members' emails in public messageboards like this because it exposes them to spambots.

Valid point, and it does really apply to anyone; anyone with their e-mail address out there is vulnerable to that sort of thing.

I've seen that particular e-mail floating around for awhile, however, and it may not be the right one anymore. John's not really one for answering e-mails anyway. :D

John and anybody else that has email gives out their email to only the people they want to have it, so in my opinion if John did not personally give you that email address then you should not be using it or be airing it in a public place. Sorry to be so harsh, but I hate it when somebody thinks they have the right to email me or give out my email when I didn't even give it to them in the first place. This is a PRIVACY issue and needs to be kept that way.

That could apply to anybody too...You shouldn't be posting anyone's
e-mail address without their permission. I've posted my e-mail address (which may not be the wisest thing I've ever done I admit) but I'd have a fit if anyone else posted it without asking first. If I get spam or a virus I at least want it to be my fault. :P And I never open unfamiliar e-mail. The Zone is set up so people can e-mail each other without actually showing your e-mail addy; you get a message saying someone from the Zone has e-mailed you, and that's a good alternative. That way it can be up to you to answer it or not.

As I've pointed out, I've seen this particular addy out there for awhile; I saw it long before this thread.

You all are right... email is a private thing, not to be posted on a public board.

That is also why you won't see John's email addy on his website either. If someone sends ME an email for John, I pass it on to him but I don't give out his addy.

But just so you know - that email from AOL is not valid any longer. He doesn't have AOL any more.

And truthfully - John really isn't into computers and emailing anyways (which is a running joke between him and I - his lack of email & internet ability). He can read the email, but his typing ability leaves something to be desired! lol1
