Thought this was interesting. For those who don't know, Jim played keyboards for Petra during the "No Doubt" era. There's a picture of him at the BMI awards. It looks like he's aged a little.

Oh my gosh, he looks totally different. He looks like he's bleached his hair blond.

Yea, I thought that was unusual too. I guess from that distance, his bleached hair looks gray.

Hehe, Jim's probably in his 40s now. It's not impossible to go totally gray when you're in your 40s, but it usually happens when you're a little older. He's probably bleached his hair. :) But yeah, he has aged somewhat.
