Can't this be gotten pretty much anywhere?
I'm sure I've seen it at festivals where folks like Rad Rockers have a booth.

As I said on a similar topic at PRMW, both Petra and Come and Join Us have gone out of print sometime in the last year or so.
There are folks on eBay and Amazon asking as much as $40 for an unopened CD, which is ridiculous.
There was an eBay auction for the vinyl version of "Petra" which was asking just $10. To me, that is definitely a better deal. The vinyl album is much more rare (and potentially valuable, I would think) and the cover art is much better. The CD insert really sucks.

There is a Christian Store(Mardel) in my area that had both on CD as recent as a month ago, and I believe the price was one of those "Super Saver" deals for $8.99. I will be going over there this weekend and will see if they still have them.

Yeah... Amazon has the CD, but they're asking $41.99 for it. There's also an LP for $15. A much better deal, IMHO.
But probably the best deal is to buy the whole album on iTunes. Costs $9.90 I believe for the entire thing.

I got the sealed Petra LP on ebay for 8 bucks. It's like a rookie card.

Quoi?!?! Man I bought that CD for like five bucks Canadian! (and no I will absolutely not sell it ever! I lurve that album.)
They do have the LP on ebay for signifigantly less...totally off topic, but I hate ebay. I don't have a credit card, so I can't buy all the junk I covet on there.

I love Amazon.com and eBay, which is why I don't shop there that often; it's too easy to get carried away with your credit cards. You're probably wise not to bother with a credit card. I have them so I don't have to carry a lot of cash around and so I can buy stuff online, but I don't use my credit cards unless I have the cash handy to pay them off right away. The credit card companies seem to be amazed that there are people who will do that. I got a call from one of them telling me I could get a deal if I transferred my balances and the gal didn't know what to say when I told her I didn't have any balances to transfer.

Good for you! Personally, I think credit cards and the whole intensive focus on them that western society seems to have are an insidious trap. Merchants want to delude people into spending more money than they realize (or have) by making it seem like you're not "really" spending money! I've run into the same stunned responses when people discovered that I don't have a credit card! Unfortunately, it seems that now I will be forced to get one of some sort just to reestablish my credit after living overseas and being a student for a number of years. Oh, well ... I suppose it's a good opportunity to practice the biblical principles of temperance and self-control!

By the by ... If there's a Lifeway or Wellspring Christian bookstore anywhere within driving distance of you, try them. They've been whizzes in helping me get some hard-to-find, lesser-known cds! Lifeway also has a website that you can utilize to order things.
