In the "Give credit where credit is due" department, I'd like to send out a big thanks to the folks at Inpop. I know many of us have been critical of things in the past, but they have been bang on lately with listening to the Petheads.

We asked for a reunion concert - Done
We asked for a live CD - Done
We asked for a live DVD - Announced/Pending
We asked to be able to reserve spots for the reunion show - Done
We asked to give input for our dream setlists - Done

Right now, this board is busier than it has been in a long time, and there is a lot of excitement and buzz about Petra. Inpop has been paying close attention to the Petheads and given us what we want. They've even gone so far as to post on this board to keep us updated. Either that or through sharing info with Josh.

Anyway, I just wanted to make sure that all this effort didn't go unnoticed because it is definitely appreciated!

Thanks very much Inpop!

You know I totally agree that Inpop has been AWESOME!
I truly hope and pray that when the Newsboys career winds down that they will be given the same respect and treatment that Peter Furler and Inpop have given Petra. Thru all of the Inpop years I have gained even more respect for Peter Furler and crew than I had before, and I like the Newsboys. Thank You Inpop, Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember when we would settle for nothing less than another hard-rock album? We now have Jekyll and Hyde. Thanks Inpop.

My thanks as well for Inpop for getting behind Petra in a mighty way the last few years. I was hoping to thank Peter Furler in person for his efforts with Inpop and Petra as he was in my town for a concert this evening. Newsboys are awesome. That didnt work out, but as always the concert was awesome, even in the rain. :D

Thanks Inpop!

You took one of Christian Rock's finest, actually the pioneer in this whole thing and went out (unfortunately) with a bang! I say thumbs up as John would, to Inpop for taking Petra to new heights.

Well, I would say thanks for taking Petra in and giving them the chance do do their own thing w/ J&H after the Revival "bombing". Petra was meant to sound like Petra, not Sonic Flood. PSHH.....producers (rolls eyes) Thanks Peter Furler and Inpop for letting Petra go out Rocking, not jumping on the band wagon!!! I can't wit until the Live DVD! It's all for Graid and Paul!!! Those guys have been so awesome and they deff. deserve something to show for their awesome service in Petra!!!
Thanks Inpop for giving them that chance as well!!!

Well, I wouldn't say "Revival" was a TOTAL bomb....It was there..."come back" CD per say....OK..it wasn't the "rocker" we all wanted...but It was a decent CD. It didn't get the attention it deserved....but hey it was PETRA!! Who am I to complain!!

Oh, you're right. It wasn't a total bomb. It DID allow for their comeback, when no other label was willing to resign. At the time of it's release, I just couldn't beleive they were putting out yet another praise album. I know they didn't have a choice though. Well, it all turned out for the better anyway, because it led to Inpop saying..."ok, on the next one, you do what you do best". YAY~

BTW...I like your cover design idea. Photoshop? It looks pretty sweet.
Peace,
Tim
