A Concert in Texas

For you guys in or close to Athens, Texas Petra has a concert date listed for Dec 12th 2003. If you goto www.ccauthority.com They are the first on listed under tickets. Its an old picture from the Petra praise 2 cd. I wish I could go but i'm in California. But being a pethead I feel it is my responsibility to let other petheads about concerts that are not listed on petraband.com

Where did you find this? I'm looking everywhere else and there is no reason to think that it is a valid show. This is about a hour south of Dallas, but why would they come all the way down here to do this show and not the one at the Door? If it is a confirmed show then this doesn't make any sense.

What's next? No Petra at all. Well, I just called the # listed on John's website for the concert located at Athens,Tx and I was just told the concert for 12/12/03 has just been put on hold. Let me tell you I am confuse. I'm willing to drive 4-5hrs, pay money to go see these guys and they postponed again. What's next?

John's site has the Athens show listed, however, after the Dallas situation I have learned not to get my hopes up and buy tickets for Petra. Bummer...
