It's definitely a G-rated site...Nothing there you should worry about the kids seeing.

I had the same problem with my previous internet provider. Someone from our tech dept said it was because I had broadband. Do you have broadband? I now have DSL and it works fine.

It's very possible this filter thinks this is Petra, the supermodel. Or, there is a Petra V. that is a centerfold, I've been told.

Contact the filtering provider... let them know the site is OK.
Filtering technology is VERY much a hit-and-miss proposition, and part of the "miss" is that often a filtering company will block the IP address of a Web site deemed offensive instead of blocking the domain name. This means that they probably have blocked 69.57.128.28 instead of PetraRocksMyWorld.com . Most Web sites are hosted on servers that also contain a number of other Web sites, and it is completely possible that there might be something else on the same server that is what was intended to be blocked. Imagine that you had five people living in your house: Bill, Joe, Cheryl, Jane, and Josh. Say Jane wanted an unlisted number in the phone book, but everyone else wanted to be listed. The phone company could either take Jane's name out of the book, or just delete the phone number entirely. Your filtering company has blacklisted PRMW's Internet "phone number." Now you can't call your friend Josh to ask him when the next Petra concert is.
This happened to me once... I went to the public library and found my own Web site blocked! (I need to go down there again and double-check my sites, come to think of it...)
According to
http://www.whois.sc/PetraRocksMyWorld.com , PRMW is on a server with 83 other Web sites. It's not unlikely that one of those might be a site deemed unacceptable by your filtering company. They can almost certainly whitelist PRMW for you, though.

While it's possible, I kind of doubt it. PRMW is hosted by a Christian web host with pretty high content standards.
In any case, PLEASE contact the filter dudes so you can get your PRMW!

Then it could be something silly, like blacklisting a photograph-free breast cancer recovery or information site, or a site with a recipe for chicken breasts. Whatever the original reason was, the filtering company obviously messed up! And they'll probably be thrilled to fix it... just let 'em know. I doubt that they intentionally blacklisted PRMW.
