WE thought about going but we will be seeing Petra the night before in Irving and Stryper the weekend before that in Fort Worth so money will be used up for the month.

Cat and I will be there. I think we've kind of become the Enid concert representatives in Tulsa... we're going to be carrying posters around town and stuff. :)

And MIKEY will be there! He'll be ROCKIN'! (We've been playing the songs from the Franklin show in the car and showing him how to pump his arm and yell THIS MEANS WAR!!! really loud, so he'll be ready!)

Are you going to go see all the other bands?

I'll be there for Petra and maybe a couple of bands before them.

There are a bunch of bands I haven't heard of, so I don't think I will be there at noon whenthe festival starts.

Can anyone tell me how to get to Mark price arena? I'll be coming from the oklahoma city area. I haven't been to Enid since I was in high school. We used to go to the car races up there all the time.

At http://www.PetraTulsa.org (click on "Concert") I think I put a link to Google Maps or something, pointed at the address of the arena.

Michael

Thank you very much. I can't wait for this concert. Been a Petra fan since the MPTY tour. I'm assuming camara's are allowed at the concert? Thanks again.

It's getting close! Having just been at Fort Wayne for the Reunion/Farewell concert last Saturday, I am all fired up!

When are you all rolling into town, and where are you staying? We will arrive around lunchtime Saturday. Sorry, I forget what hotel we'll be at. (Someone else is taking care of my logistics!)

I was wondering if anyone knows if the original Petra guys are just playing by themselves when they play or are they going to get together with Bob and do some of the stuff off of the first two albums? I won't be able to go to this concert, but seeing them (except GHF) the night before in Irving will be great.

By the way, what does GHF stand for?

GHF will join Bob on stage during Backsliding Blues.

Warren and I will be there. Since we are in the Dallas area, it's not too far and - we'll be doing BBQ for the guys. So looking forward to that.

Unfortunately we can't go to the Irving show. Would be much closer, but we'll be driving up to Tulsa to meet up with Cat and MJ.
Funny thing is, I'm REALLY looking forward to hanging with them more than the concert? What's up with that?????!!!!

I'm such a slacker Pethead, HAHAHAHAHA.

No, really, I AM looking forward to the concert.

hi ,everyone.this is Carl from Sword of Light Productions.of course i will be at the Enid concert and it should be a great one. not only is it the last concert on the farewell tour but to my knowledge it is the only chance on the tour to see Bob Hartman and the guys in GHF reunite for an original Petra reunion .actually Bob and GHF will do at least several songs off the first 2 albums including Backsliding Blues.a number of the other bands are independent arists and some are newly signed artists.we at Sword of Light believe there are many great artists out there that are not signed because they have not been discovered or they are not signed by their own choice.we try to give them more exposure by signing them to open for more well known artists.
Rivensoul is an Oklahoma band that Petra fans should like.they are 8 0 ish oriented with all original tunes.Mandy Creed is folk rock/rock .she has been compared vocally to Alanis Morrisette among others.Radial Angel is a new school rock band with teen appeal.it dont know much about Bread of Stone they are a new artist that signed to tour with Petra.Storyside B is a new artist .i think they are pop/rock. F.O.G.( 4 old Guys) is classic hard rock.think Led Zepplin,Alice Cooper,Van Halen, etc.they are from Chicago and are friends of Glenn Kaiser(Resurrection Band)
Manic Drive is metal /alternative band from Canada
Bobby Tinsley is a R& B artist from Florida.
Burning Theory is an Bartlesville,Oklahoma alternative rock band.
Farewell June is a signed artist touring with Petra.they are a fave among the college crowd.they do some some blues ,etc.
Supertroplois is an Oklahoma hip hop band originally from Chicago.some of the best hip hop around.
