This is so frustrating!!!!

I just talked to somebody from MusicChristian about my preordered Farewell Sig. Edition CD and was told that they would not be shipped until tomorrow at the earliest. She said that Inpop made a point that no one under any circumstances is aloud to receive the CD before Tuesday. The problem I have that is that all I get in the mail on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is grocery ads and sale papers. That means I won't get mine until after Thanksgiving. I've preordered with them before and have gotten all my CD's on the Friday, Saturday, or Monday before the actual released date. I'm wondering if they will have some at the Irving, Tx concert tomorrow night. I know the local radio station is giving away ten copies tomorrow, but I don't want to try and win one because someone might win one that can't afford it otherwise.

Does anyone know where they will be shipping from? I'm hoping from somewhere in the Southeast, even though I'll buy another one when the stores open anyway.

I don't understand your problem. What does your volume of junk mail have to do with whether or not you get
Farewell on time? Is your post office under instructions to only deliver sales literature on those days?

In some parts of the country for some reason that is the way it is. We only get circular ads and things of that nature on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. So I am looking at getting it after Thanksgiving because I just called MusicChristian and they said no it hasn't been shipped yet.
I was able to get my copy!

Maybe I should not say this, but I have received my copy. I purchase (preorder that is) and the CD was shipped last week. Each of the vendors have the CD's already. But some (larger) outlets I guess were told NOT to sell the album until the release date. My outlet was not told that due to the fact that they do not specialize in the music industry. So, I guess I was very lucky. I am a bit disappointed though. It is a great album and I will enjoy it but I guess that after thirty-three years of music they focused on the later years. I am and 70's kid and that may be the reason but I think that more songs for the "Voltz" era should have been done not just a block off of CITAS. There is very little of the history of the band on the cover and blah blah blah. I guess I am just disappointed that they are retireing. I do not believe that they were given as good of a shot as they should via the industry. No respect of what they have accomplished for all of us to share. Well, that's all for now. Good album but sad ending. Am I wrong?
